Initial Discovery/ Scheduling
Your Blair Commercial Painting Sales/Estimator will discuss the details of your unique project, provide suggestions on products and review the scheduling process. They will also schedule a time to meet with you on site.

Onsite Consultation
Your BCP Sales/Estimator will walk your project with you, take all the necessary measurements, and discuss the scope of work and customer needs while on site.

Proposal/ Estimate
Once your BCP Sales/Estimator has the necessary measurements and information, they will prepare and provide a detailed proposal with pictures, scope of work and suggested products from our preferred vendors. The proposal will be emailed to you for review.

Follow Up Discussion
Within 48 hours of receiving your detailed proposal, your BCP Sales/Estimator will reach out for a follow up discussion and review the details of the proposal and process suggested to complete your project. They will also answer any questions you may have and revise the proposal accordingly based on this discussion.

Customer Approval
Once BCP receives your approval on the project, we will start working on the detailed process of organizing and entering information into our system for our Production Team. We will also provide you with a window for the start of your project.

Project Manager Transition
Your BCP Sales/Estimator will meet with our Project Manager and provide them with all the information on your project. Our PM will then start organizing the Production Team, introduce themselves to you and will now be your main point of contact until the project is completed.

Schedule/ Timeline Discussion
The Project Manager will contact you within two weeks of your project start date to verify the start date works for you. They will also discuss any details of the project that will make the project run smoothly such as parking, job sequencing, or other potential constraints.

Color Consultation
If you need assistance choosing colors, BCP can provide information on popular colors and complementing accent colors. We will also apply the chosen colors on the building, in a small area, so you can verify the colors chosen are approved before the project begins.

Project Start
One week before we start, you will be notified on our arrival day and time. The morning we begin, we will walk the project with you to ensure there are no changes to the agreed upon scope of work. We will also provide our daily schedule so you can coordinate things such as employees and vehicles.

Painting/ Change Orders
The last day on your job site, our Project Manager will walk the completed project with you and make sure everything is completed, meeting your expectations. If necessary, we will complete a punch list and notify you when the list has been completed. Once we have your approval, the project will be considered completed.

Final Invoice
Within a week of final project completion, we will email you an invoice for the total amount approved to include all change orders. At this time, you’ll have the opportunity to provide BCP with a referral or a review, sharing your satisfaction with Blair Commercial Painting.
