Requirements
- Experience with painting equipment and techniques.
- Understand a variety of paints such as flats, semi-gloss, oil based and water based and appropriate tools.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions, including occasionally reading finish schedules on issued site construction drawings.
- Physical requirements include bending, stooping, climbing, and more.
- Ability to lift weights of 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years painting experience
- Construction experience preferred
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation

Commercial Painter
Full-Time Position, M-F, 7 AM to 3:30 PM with optional OT and occasional weekend work
- Qualifications:
- Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Be able to lift 40+ pounds
- Have experience on Boom and Scissors lifts and the ability to work at heights of 26 feet plus
- Have experience with airless sprayers (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- Responsibilities:
- Be able to follow directions from Crew Lead and Field Supervisor to complete jobs efficiently
- Be willing to work hard, gain experience and improve daily
- Use common sense to provide the customer with an enjoyable experience
Experience is preferred but BCP, LLC is willing to train the right team member.
Crew Lead
Full-Time Position, M-F, 7 AM to 3:30 PM with optional OT and occasional weekend work
- Qualifications:
- Be a hard-working goal-oriented leader who is willing to learn and share the BCP, LLC way
- Be able to read construction plans
- Be able to effectively communicate with both painters and project managers
- 3+ years of painting experience
- Experience running jobs, setting daily goals, and communicating with customers
- Responsibilities:
- Set and discuss daily and weekly goals with painting crews
- Be able to provide painters with on-site job training
- Become a member of the team, instructing, guiding, training, and working alongside crews
- Follow all BCP, LLC standard operating procedures
- This is a working Crew Lead position so you must be able to lead a crew, run a job and still be productive working on the job
Production Manager
Full-Time Position, M-F, 7 AM to 3:30 PM with optional OT and occasional weekend work
- Qualifications:
- Be organized, a good communicator, and able to use technology
- Have a good driving record, as a company work van will be used
- Be goal-oriented, hardworking, and a leader
- Have an understanding of the construction industry and process
- Field Supervisor experience is a plus
- Experience working with a subcontractor is a plus
- Responsibilities:
- Communicate and problem solve with subcontractors
- Train subcontractors on the BCP, LLC standard operating procedures
- Perform daily site walks and put together a daily task list for each site
- Maintain BCP, LLC quality of work on each Jobsite
- Use BCP, LLC platforms to communicate with Project Managers
- Talking with customers about change orders, schedules, daily and weekly goals
- Manages all aspects of Production on all Subcontractor jobs and smaller in house jobs
- Preferred, but not required:
- Spanish/English Bilingual
- Painting experience
Assistant Project Manager
Full-Time Position, M-F, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
- Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
- 1-3 years of experience either in the construction management field or project management
- Expert-level computer systems such as Google for Business and CRM systems
- Responsibilities:
- Support Sales/Project Managers and provide daily updates to ensure jobs remain on track
- Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project completion
- Manage projects submittals to General Contractors
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating jobs in CRM, completing waivers
- Assist in organizing project folders for the Production Team
Sales Estimator
Full-Time Position, M-F, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
- Qualifications:
- Expert-level computer systems such as Google for Business and CRM systems
- Willing to learn, study and grow into the position
- Must have an understanding of construction blueprints in order to generate quotes
- Extremely organized with a passion for building, creating, and maintaining a customer base
- Driven by success and goals
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management or sales
- Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on potential leads to secure sales
- Manage plans, revisions, drawdowns, materials, and more to ensure jobs run smoothly
- Use the company systems and processes to achieve sales goals
- Attend job walks and site meetings weekly
- Use plan takeoff software to estimate projects and submit bids
